ELYSBURG - VNA Health System will host its annual health fair June 13 at Knoebels Amusement Resort. The fair will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Pavilions Q and V.
"The health fair is VNA Health System's way of thanking the communities for their continued support over the years," said Joseph L. Scopelliti, Jr. president/CEO. Admission is free and open to the public, with many giveaways and door prizes.
VNA Health System, a non-profit organization, has been serving central Pennsylvania, providing quality, cost- effective home health care and related services to all persons or families, regardless of ability to pay for almost a hundred years. VNA Health System first opened its doors in 1913; the number one priority has always been to bring patients and families the best home health care available.
VNA Health System has invited other local health organizations and businesses to provide interesting and beneficial health screenings., including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose and pulse oximetry testing. Information on numerous health topics will also be available. All services offered are free.
