Butterfly release in memory of Frederick "Fritz" Reed
Special presentation of the Pennsylvania Association of State Retirees Educational Support Foundation's Lauretta Woodson Award, to educator and support professional to recognize their efforts on behalf of students and public education. This year's award goes to Rick Wehnke, elementary art teacher at Shamokin Area School District, chosen for outstanding effort and programs he designed and instituted at the school. Award for a support professional will be presented to Ethel Dinklocker, faithful and loyal employee of the school district.
