HARRISBURG - A $3 Cash Up ticket turned into a $30,000 lottery winfall for an Aristes woman, listing among April's winners of the Pennsylvania Lottery games.
Paula S. Neidig, of Aristes, was the month's top lottery winner, winning $30,000 on the scratch-off ticket, one of 28 winners of $1,000 or more on instant games, according to the Pennsylvania Lottery's website.
Those playing in the Lottery's number drawings were not as lucky as only two winners in Ashland claimed prizes of $1,000 or more. David C. Knorr won $1,010, and Renee S. Moser won $1,005 in the Match 6 game. April's total winnings were $59,015, raising the total amount in 2012 to $688,262.
