ELYSBURG - Brothers Nathan Mychak and Colin Mychak, of 130 Thomas Road, Elysburg, have passed the physician assistant certification exam, qualifying them to practice as physician assistants.
The brothers are graduates of the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport and Southern Columbia Area High School.
Nathan has accepted a position as a staff physician assistant with Corizan Health in Hagerstown, Md. Colin has been accepted to medical school at Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, S.C., where he will begin his studies in the fall.
Nathan and Colin are sons of Attorney and Senior Magisterial District Judge Michael Mychak and Joyce Mychak, Elysburg. They are the grandsons of William and Sylvia Otto, Elysburg, and the late Samuel and Irene Mychak, who resided in Mount Carmel.
