MOUNT CARMEL - Bishop Wiliam Waltersheid, auxiliary bishop of Pittsburgh and a native of Locust Gap, will celebrate the 8:30 a.m. Mass Sunday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 47 S. Market St.
