TURBOTVILLE - Interstate 180 westbound is restricted to a single lane at mile 8, between the Turbotville and Main Street (Muncy) exits, as of 2:30 p.m. while a crashed tractor-trailer is recovered, PennDOT reported.
The lane restriction is expected to be in place until early evening.
