WILLIAMSPORT - Brendan West graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
A commencement ceremony was held May 11 at the Community Center for the Performing Arts.
A 2007 graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional High School, West is a son of Joseph and Margaret Mary West, of Northumberland.
He is presently working for Larson Engineering and will begin graduate school in the fall at University of Colorado in Boulder, Colo.
