Parking bans in effect for Oak Street Festival
MOUNT CARMEL - Parking is banned on Oak Street from Third to Fifth streets and on Fourth Street between Apple and Pear streets from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. today in conjunction with the Mount Carmel Lions Oak Street Festival.
