Hallowing Run drainage work
MONTOURSVILLE - A PennDOT maintenance crew is scheduled to replace another large cross pipe beneath Route 4020 (Hallowing Run Road) in Lower Augusta Township to improve drainage.
This work will take place between Church Road and Boy Scout Camp Road between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday.
Traffic may follow a red-arrow detour using Boyer Hill Road and Mile Run Road during the project. School bus traffic will be accommodated, when feasible.
Tea planned at Geisinger-SACH
THARPTOWN - Geisinger Health System Foundation will host a tea to honor members of auxiliaries of Geisinger Medical Center, Geisinger Northeast and Geisinger-Shamokin Area Community Hospital (G-SACH).
The tea will held at 2 p.m. Monday in the G-SACH cafeteria.
