Duquesne University
PITTSBURGH - Kiana Motto, a freshman at Duquesne University in the Mylan School of Pharmacy, was named to the 2011 fall semester dean's list with a 4.0 grade point average. She was the 2011 salutorian at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional School, Coal Township.
Motto has also been invited to join Phi Eta Sigma, a national honor society for freshman who have performed exceptionally during their first semester. Phi Eta Sigma is the oldest and largest freshman honor society. She will be inducted in the spring semester.
Her parents are David and Lynette Motto, of Paxinos. Her grandparents are the late George and Helen Motto and Clayton and the late Anita Zamboni.
