KUTZTOWN - Three area residents were among the 395 students who graduated Kutztown University at its fall commencement ceremonies Dec. 17.
Justin Casto, of Ranshaw, earned a Bachelor of Science in marine science with a concentration in biology.
Raymond Flannery, of Ashland, earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology in clinical counseling.
Lindsey Petrousky, of Ashland, earned a Bachelor of Science in special education with a concentration in mental and physical handicaps.
