MOUNT CARMEL - Cody Nolter, of Mount Carmel, was named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Palm Beach State College in Florida. He is studying graphic design and business.
Nolter, a 2009 graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School, is a grandson of Helen Nolter.
