n Two counts of endangering the welfare of children were waived to court by Jessica Meredith, 27, of 1305 W. Walnut St., Coal Township during her hearing.
The charges, filed by Coal Township Police Det. Jeffrey Brennan, stem from a Sept. 26 incident in the 1300 block of West Walnut Street, Coal Township, involving her six and eight-year-old children.
n Kevin Wormald, of 1714 State Route 890, Paxinos, waived charges of simple assault and harassment during his hearing.
He was charged by Coal Township Police Patrolman Edward Purcell Jr. following a domestic dispute at a 17th Street residence in Tharptown on Nov. 6.
n Charges of accidents involving death or personal injury without properly being licensed to drive, accidents involving damage to unattended property, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, careless driving, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving without a license and failure to wear a seat belt were ordered bound to court against Kourtney A. Heiber, 21, of 804 N. Washington St., when the defendant failed to appear at the hearing.
Heiber was charged by Shamokin City Police Patrolman Raymond Siko II following an accident in the area of Chestnut Street on Oct. 27.
n Matthew M. Fellin, 31, of 915 W. Walnut St., Coal Township, waived charges of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and public drunkenness during his hearing.
The charges stemmed from a Oct. 22 incident at 20 Raspberry Hill, Shamokin, and was filed by Patrolman Raymond Siko II of the Shamokin City Police.
