Bloom crest sets record

The following flood data was reported Friday night by Greg DeVoir, meteorologist with the National Weather Service, State College:

Bloomsburg: Crest was 32.75 feet, 11:30 a.m. Friday, establishing it unofficially as the "flood of record," breaking a mark of 32.7 set on March 9, 1904. As of 7:01 p.m. Friday, it remained at 32.04.

Danville: Crest was 31.55, 1:45 p.m. Friday, second all time to Agnes' 32.32 on June 24, 1972. As of 6:30 p.m. Friday, level was 31.2.

Sunbury: Crest was 31.66, 9 p.m. Thursday, second all time to Agnes' 35.8 on June 24, 1972. As of 6:45 p.m. Friday, level was 28.58.

Harrisburg: Crest was 25.17, 1 a.m. Friday, fifth all time (record is 32.57 on June 24, 1972).
