SELINSGROVE - A Shamokin woman could face charges for making terroristic threats against the Social Security Administration's Selinsgrove field office.
State police at Selinsgrove, who are continuing their investigation into the incident, reported Ashley M. Kearney, 23, of 912 E. Commerce St., Shamokin, may be charged with terroristic threats and harassment relating to a telephone call she allegedly made at 9:50 a.m. Monday to a Social Security office in Jamaica, N.Y. During the conversation, police said Kearney claimed she was "going to blow up the building."
